CRM Campaigns, Paid Social, UI Design and Layout
Through collaborating with the CRM and integrated services teams, my role as a Designer involved developing and onboarding creative & strategy for paid social and email marketing campaigns launching the new Capri and Puma Gen-E vehicles, focusing on reaching a Gen-Z audience.
Paid social assets for Ford Economy Service, an affordable maintenance package that includes essential services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections at a fixed price. Designed to keep Ford vehicles in top condition while providing customers with a cost-effective service solution.
Design and art direction for the launch of the all-new Electric Capri.
My responsibility was to design and execute email campaigns leading up to the reveal of the new Ford Capri at London’s historic Wapping Power Station, which featured a special appearance by Eric Cantona. I also created animated gifs across emails and worked closely with Ford’s CRM team to help bring these to life, with the end product allowing a distinctive and bespoke approach.
